Join us as we share an African mindful morning that consist of a Kemetic yoga flow, meditation & chanting that will help us connect to our bodies.
Kemetic yoga is African form of yoga originating from Kemet, an ancient Egyptian name for the Nile valley. Kemetic yoga follows an African centred way of life.
It will be an intimate gathering of 15 people, therefore make sure to secure your spot earliest!
Awakening of self mini- retreat.
A morning where we hold space for you at Zozo wellness tribe, where we connect and awaken the self. The intention and meaning of this mini- retreat, is to raise the vibration of healing and wellbeing individually and as a collective.
When we heal, we heal everything and everyone around us.
There will be a break with refreshments, followed by a conversation with our key speakers in relation the our theme. The day will end with South African song by Zozo Wellness.
